Biography

Fernando is a guitarist who has been playing for over 20 years. Some of his influences on the guitar have been; Eric Johnson, Al Di Meola, Ottmar Liebert, and Juan Carlos Quintero to name a few.

Fernando has always felt that there is no substitute for hard work and patience and when bringing a musical product to the public it should be done with respect to the listener and honesty to the music. Beyond the Ceiling is the debut release that met his expectations and he has already begun writing compositions that would qualify for the next project.

In deciding to record the acoustic guitars(nylon and steel), Fernando wanted to present the guitar with passion, depth and class. The style of his guitar playing is flavored with tastes of bossa, flamenco, jazz, and classical, blending sounds of America with the Mediterranean and South America.
